Imber's Wash & Detail Service Policy
1. Introduction
This Car Detailing Service Policy governs the terms and conditions of services provided by Imber's Wash & Detail to the customer for vehicle detailing services. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to comply with the terms of this Policy.
2. Services Provided
We offer a range of detailing services including, but not limited to:
- Exterior Wash & Wax
- Interior Detailing (vacuum, upholstery cleaning, etc.)
- Paint Correction
- Ceramic Coating Application
- Engine Bay Cleaning
- Wheel & Tire Detailing
- Debadging
- Boat Detailing

3. Appointment and Scheduling
- Services are provided by appointment only.
- There is a no refund policy if you have not let us know 24 hours in advance of cancellation.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least [24 hours] in advance.
4. Liability
- While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, paint imperfections, or damage from previous accidents or improper maintenance.
- In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff during the detailing process, we will repair or compensate for the damage at our discretion. However, this does not cover damages resulting from faulty or defective vehicle parts.
- We recommend that you remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle during the detailing process.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed or booked on the website.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

- We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is in an unsafe condition or poses a risk to our staff (e.g., containing hazardous materials, extreme neglect, etc.).
8. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer agrees to provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and to ensure the vehicle is in a suitable condition for the detailing services to be performed.
- The customer must inform us of any special requests, such as allergies to cleaning products, preferences for cleaning techniques, or areas of the vehicle that require extra attention.
9. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are unsatisfied with the result, please contact us within [24-48 hours] of service completion. We will do our best to address any concerns.
- Some services, such as ceramic coating, may include warranties or guarantees. Details of these warranties will be provided to you at the time of service.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
